The location is great, in the middle of mountains, ver nice view and short ride from the Balcony walk. The owners are very nice. Both breakfast and dinner (5 OMR/person) were delicious. Both rooms are spacious and have bathrooms.

Very nice location with great view nearby. Host is very nice and make it very cozy for us. Super quiet and good food. The owner is also local guide. So even if you don't have 4WD you can still enjoy Jabal Shams with his guide and ride.

Great location, not only fantastic view but also good base for Jebel Shams if you like to go morning. If you don't drive 4x4, Salman (the host) can take you there. We also liked home-made dinner and breakfast. View for sunrise and sunset.

If you want authentic/traditional experience, this is the place to go- house has everything you need, rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, there is big terrace and enormous backyard (our kids loved it!). Owner is really super friendly, helpful and available whenever you need him- he also offers guidance to some natural attractions. You can decide for dinner, which is absolutely delicious (traditional flavours, really tasty) and reasonable priced, he brings it to the house- we ordered it every day and was really good! House is situated in a calm place, the views all around are amazing, house is easily reachable, you can park the car in the property, there is cca 30min drive to balcony walk. We really recommend it!

The house has the best location, less than one minute away from the start of the Balcony Walk. The large windows of the rooms offer the best view and You have the opportunity to witness a splendid sunrise. The host is very kind and attentive and took us to a short walk to witness also a beautiful sunset!
