Mery’s refugie is a total bless. The shower was actually running hot water! The bed was comfortable and warm, and both the dinner and breakfast prepared by Mery were the best food I’ve had in Peru! The fried trucha and the homemade guacamole were god’s food. For such a cost you really cannot find a better performance! Highly recommend!

This was the most wonderful accommodation! The staff were lovely, greeting us with a cold drink was a perfect way to start our time there. They gave us a free tour of the coffee plantation and showed us the full process from plant to cup; we then shared coffee and were given afternoon tea as well! Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious as well. Cannot praise these wonderful people enough, we loved staying here.

Host is friendly and thoughtful. We check out 6am in the morning and the host prepared great breakfast for us. The room is just in the taking off point of Peru rail.

Modest but comfortable, very convenient location to the bus station, always smelled very clean. Nice staff, packed us delicious lunch for the day. Overall good value and we would stay again.
