Everything! If we could put 50 stars we would. From our arrival to our departure it has been amazing. The staff is exceptional, every single person, the room was absolutely spotless, everything was so clean and well organised. The bed is so comfortable, the view is just perfect! Bonne of the big tv! And the lovely swimming pool. Also breakfast is great and you have different choices. The menu for the restaurant is a bit repetitive but you have plenty of restaurants options nearby and near Alona. You won’t be disappointed booking at the Secret Garden Resort for sure. We hope to come back !

This place is such a hidden gem! The staff were incredible, so easy to chat to, helpful and kind (they gave us so many recommendations - especially the owner she’s the best!). The dogs here are the cutest, we loved coming back to see them. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They did get a bit hot, but what else do you expect in the Philippines. It’s a little out the way from things like restaurants (but with a scooter absolutely fine), so we didn’t expect it to be as social as it was, we met some great people here. Also, being by the water makes it sooo worth it.

Rooms were super quiet and huge, nicely designed, the aircon was located in a way that it doesn't blow directly in your face and super silent too, water pressure in the shower was great, pool area was super nice and maintained well (first pool after 2 weeks in the Philippines where I really liked to jump in), breakfast was ok, restaurant was also very good.
