I am writing to express my great pleasure and appreciation for the exceptional experience our family had during their recent stay at your suite. I especially want to praise and give feedback on the wonderful sauna and jacuzzi which added enormous value to our visit. Firstly, the sauna in the apartment was really impressive. The premises were well maintained, spotlessly clean and provided a peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to relax and unwind completely. We really appreciated having fresh towels and a shower nearby, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Also, the jacuzzi exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was wonderful, dimmed lighting and soothing music from the TV set creating a peaceful atmosphere. The hot tub was in excellent condition, offering the perfect combination of bubbles and warm water to help relieve tension or fatigue. The surrounding area was tastefully decorated. Also, we would like to thank your attentive and friendly staff who were always ready to help. From the moment we have arrived until our departure, they consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and warmth, ensuring we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Their promptness in dealing with any queries or requests we had was exceptional and greatly contributed to the overall positive experience. We will be recommending your property to friends, family and colleagues looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation! Thank you again and keep it up!

    Apartment was very clean and cosy and a good size. Tea was provided in the kitchen and kitchen had a lot of equipment. Location very convenient, close to centre, on multiple bus routes. Access to the apartment was easy and straightforward following the instructions. The building was very quiet, no noise from neighbours at all.

    Everything was super. Beautiful, modern Apartment. Very clean. The location is super: Close to a lake, close to the HighWay as well. During the evening, very peaceful. Ideal for a good and big sleep ;))) No noises from Neighbours and from Outside. It is easy to find the key and remote control. The Hosts are very friendly and open-minden. Communicative. In case of any questions, problems they react and help directly without any hesitation. Recommend this Flat to everybody ;)))
