As soon as we arrived, we had been greeted with a smile and really lovely owners of the place, everything was ok from the first moment, we have asked for small aditional things, and in the few minutes all was sorted out for us. 10/10, we would come back to the same place again, without hesitation. The place is great, located just by the lake with a stunning view, surrounded by forests, quiet and relaxing. Great spa and not crowded, very helpful personnel and a very attentive owner of the place. Very good breakfasts buffet with a selection of fresh products to choose from. And a very dog friendly resort. We will be coming back.
