Staff were nice, the bar is downstairs so you can buy some beer or other stuff. Room is clean and nice. Though i would recommend to buy curtains for velux. But else everything is good

PERFECT for a couple exploring krakow for a few days. We loved the water and coffee in the rooms, how comfortable it is, the space in the room, and the big bathrooms. We also loved how close it was to the old city, and my partner really liked the free video games and pool in the lobby

From the delicious scent that greets you the moment you walk on the door, this is by far one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were excellent and came out to greet us and helped us find parking right outside where our van load of aid for Ukraine would be safe. The room itself gave off luxury even royal vibes and everything you could even imagine was there at your disposal. Good was exquisite and the room was lovely and quiet with an excellent view of Warsaw

Beautifully decorated, very cosy and clean. The skylights and natural light really added to the room. Also pretty safe since you are supposed to use a password and not a card/ key to enter the building and the room. Lastly, very good and filling breakfast at the restaurant right next to the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! We arrived early and was able to get our room ahead of schedule without any problems. The room was spacy and very clean. The shower was hot and nice, and I enjoyed a freshly brewed coffee in the room. We both agreed that the breakfast was great! And the location is very nice close to the Old Town. We can only wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this hotel.
