Perfect location in the forest, 1 5 km from the beach through the national park, very nice arrangement of the bungalows, kitchen simple but with almost everything one needs for a short stay. No coffee machine und no toaster, but there is BBQ :) Friendly manager who tries to answer all questions and arrange if anything is needed.

Villa Modiva exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, very quiet, very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, so many options! We are both vegetarians and we still had plenty of food to choose from. The service was very professional. The friendliness of the staff is also noticeable.

Exceptional place to stay, great facilities, location. You have your own patio, apartment has air conditioning and everything what you need to have great time on your holiday. Host were so lovely and helpful. Apartment has its own designated parking space only short walk to the beach.

    For the price, the room was very good. Bathroom is very nice. Location is great - a few steps from a very nice natural park, and a very nice walk through said park to a very nice beach. Several shops and restaurants close to the room. Only similar type accommodation nearby - no hotels or resorts.
