Casa Daniel was a beautiful property, very clean with all facilities. It’s location was ideal on the coastal Camino it’s directly on the way It’s located right on the sea front you just walk out the back door of the house and the sea is right there!! If you’re on the Camino Top Santiago will deliver & pick up your luggage from this property

A lot of thought and effort has been put into the apartment to accommodate guests which is greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, right on the beach, and has a private outdoor seating area. Clean, tidy and very modern.

Best stay on the Camino Portugués. Smiling Places is exactly that — a genuinely welcoming, peaceful stop that feels like a little haven. The host is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful. You can tell the place was built and run with care. Everything is super clean, comfortable, and just works — from the quiet rooms to the little details. There’s even a small garden and a pool, which was perfect after a long day walking. Breakfast was great too — simple, tasty, and enough. Out of all the places I stayed along the Camino, this was the one I’d come back to without thinking twice. Highly recommend.

I never ever visited a hotel with such a nice staff. They were so kind and smiling and eager to fulfil all your needs. My wife was a little ill, and the staff was more worried than my wife and me :-)

We had an amazing time at this beautiful guesthouse in Porto! The interior is stylish, tastefully decorated, and full of charming details that show just how much love and care has gone into creating a welcoming space. The hosts were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. They greeted us with heartfelt hospitality and gave us a great overview of the city, including tips on must-see sights and hidden gems. It truly made a difference in our stay! One extra bonus: the guesthouse offers bikes for rent, which can make exploring Porto even more fun and convenient. All in all, a truly exceptional experience. If we return to Porto, there’s no doubt we’ll stay here again. Highly recommended!

    The space is fantastic, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The pool was very quiet, we practically had it all to ourselves. If you like a quiet area, this is for you. Padaria close by. We used uber to get to Porto, which was hassle free and inexpensive. There is a long board walk along the beach, which is perfect for walks or runs. Hostess was excellent, and answered all our questions. I highly recommend.

    It was an excellent location, 300m from the apartment to the edge of the sea, great swimming pool outside the apartment that was very clean and safe for the children, very good priced local restaurants within walking distance. An Aldi store, a pharmacy, a bakery and a greengrocery all easy walking distance. Best of all for children, clean safe beaches with wonderful rockpools. Only 15 minutes from the airport made transfers very easy.

    This is a great apartment for a couple on a weekend break, fab traditional location near fishermen's quarter and lots of fish restaurants yet very quiet, within seconds of the beach and stunning walk routes - we walked to Vila Praia Cha and really enjoyed the day . Apartment seemed new and very clean. Miguel was very helpful and informative
