It is more then apartment, it is an experience. 250 y old stone village in the middle of the valley, with hundred year old school and old public laundry place. It feels like time is stoppped in that amazing place. Was nice to explore all around. It is only few minutes from Pinhao by car. The house was very clean, newly equipped, everything was in working condition. It was absolutely the best our stay during our trip to Portugal!

Rosa & family were at the property when we arrived. Showed us around and nothing was too much trouble, even taking us to the nearest still open supermarket for us to get some food (we arrived Sunday evening). What can I say that hasn't been said before? WOW!! The pool was clean, the property was clean, the view from the balcony was sublime. The wine - delicious, make sure to try some! 1 double room, 1 twin room was just perfect for us. Everywhere we wanted to go was approx 1/2 hour drive away. Just want to say thank you again 🙏 ❤️

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. Our hosts were so kind and caring we felt like they had become our friends. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The breakfast offerings were delicious and we had home cooked four course dinners both evenings that were very satisfying. Our hosts arranged a winery tour for us that we greatly enjoyed.

Amazing location with great views over the valley! Modern room very nicely designed. Very friendly staff which makes you feel very welcome. We had dinner one night, and food and service were absolutely fantastic.

    We got welcome snacks and a bottle of lovely wine. The location and views were wonderful. The decks were great to sit out and relax. The house was spacious and was well-equipped, appreciated the washing machine. There was a nearby town for a few groceries and restaurants.

    Superb location, period decor suited to the apartment. All needed conveniences. Owner left treats including cold cuts, cheese and wine. Owner very helpful when one member of our party lost wallet.

    Very rural idyllic location in among the vineyards of the upper Duro. A Beautiful orange tree full of ripe fruit allowed us to produce an abundant supply of freshly squeezed orange juice!
