Beautiful location - only a few steps to the beach. House is very spacefull and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

The owners were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The villa was well equipped and spacious. They were very welcoming to our traveling companion, out 14 yo kitty. It was fantastic to walk right out our door, pick oranges and make fresh squeezed orange juice. There are lemon trees on the property as well. Fresh rosemary and lavender. The are is in the country, but close to towns and within 1 hr drive to fantastic historical places and 35 minutes to Tocha beach. There is a fantastic market in Tocha on Sunday. We were so fortunate to find this place. Thank you Dave and Lilli!

it was so friendly, comfortable - we loved our room with its modern en suite and view of a palm tree as we showered. The courtyard area - beautifully designed and decorated sustainably - was so relaxing. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful. We loved our yoga under the pines with Claudia and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The propery is very beutiful. Rooms and everything else very Nice decorated and very very clean. The swinmming pool was perfect. And the owners very very friendly and helpful! We reccomended!

On arrival at this lovely apartment, I immediately recalled the words of the writer Paul Scheerbart: “Glück ohne Glas - wie dumm ist das” i.e. “Happiness without glass - how silly is that.” Before me were three splendidly large windows, two of which revealed the wondrous broodiness of the Atlantic Ocean in all its glory. These served to remind me not only of my good fortune in having reached the western edge of the European continent but also that my happiness would be assured for the duration of my stay.

The place was a treasure on the way to Porto. Addition to hotel - restaurant is exceptional ! Next time when we are going to Porto will stay here again. Suggestion: come hungry. Restaurant is amazing!

Fabulous breakfast, better than some 4 star hotels I've stayed in. Super attentive hosts. Safe storage for bikes. 10 minute walk to restaurants and seaside. Large private bathroom, good shower and nice towels. Perfect.
