Absolutely everything. From the kindness to Ines and employee there. Kind, golden heart and professional. Access to informations (how to get code and card with a late check in) everything was very clear, with kind words and patience. And the breakfast! My god! Good job! Declicious, original, tasty, and they made us an espresso with real espresso machine. This place is the perfect mix like a great hotel and a fantastic guest house with private bathroom. This place exceeded my expectations, not only a hotel, but also an art house, a museum and not to mention the extra kitchen and relaxing spots! A little bit cold, but probably it was due to my time of stay, not to mention that Hugo and Lili strive to improve things.

Perfect! Best localization near to the canal, moliseiros boats, restaurantes, mall (Forum), transport (train station 12min walking). Quite new/rebuilt, spacy, clean, coffee, laundry and dish machines, good internet, good view, soft pillows and amasing shower and bed! I fully recommend it!

    The continental breakfast just like in a hotel: with a wide variety of products, both fresh and packed. All the place is very clean and in a good condition, giving the impression that everything is new. The bedroom was well soundproofed and with all the commodities, including a coffee machine. The mattress was comfortable. There is big game room with a vending machine.

    Very clean and everything looks very well maintained and as new. Single member of staff was very attentive to our needs (we were the only ones there!); the first pillows we had were too hard for us but as soon as this was mentioned softer ones were provided. The facilities are great with a lovely breakfast room and games/TV room.
