I really appreciated the fact that there are two kitchens where you can cook with gas, as well as a cozy dining room, perfect for groups. Everything was clean and well organized. Perfect couple’s escape in Sălciua de Jos We came to Sălciulla Dream Cabin to unplug for a few days and it was everything we hoped for—quiet, romantic, and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Mornings started with coffee on the terrace, just us and the sound of the birds. Evenings ended in the hot tub under a sky packed with stars—pure magic. I especially loved that the hot tub is included in the price of the stay, most places charge extra for it! The cabin feels thoughtfully designed: spotless, warm, and cozy for two (it had 3 bedrooms so up to 6 people can stay there, but only 1 room has the best Apuseni mountain view). The kitchen had everything we needed for easy breakfasts and a candlelit dinner. Private parking made arrival stress-free. Our host was fantastic—clear directions, quick replies, and helpful local tips without ever being intrusive. We left feeling genuinely recharged and already talking about when we can come back. If you’re a couple looking for a peaceful, romantic base in the Apuseni Mountains, book it. You’ll fall in love with the place just like we did.

Location is very nice, quite, with beautifull view from around and not so many neighbours. A cabin on top of a hill. Facilities were very good, with small kitchen and a big grill outside, there is also a dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster. The owner was very nice, comunicative and willing to help. We were welcomed with local specific drink. There is even a small vegetable garden, from which he suggested to take the ready ones.

Georgiana and her mother were excellent hosts. Just from the moment I arrived at their place they offered me a free dinner. The location is about 1 km from the center of the village on a hill, no noise, no cars, only 3 friendly dogs and 2 cats. A very large yard, with trees and green grass, a small lake with some fish, hammock and a patio. Georgiana is very friendly end she enjoys speaking and entertaining the guests. She told me a lot of things about Rosia Montana and the life in the community . In the morning she offered me a good breakfast and milk from her cows. I encourage everyone to spend a few days in this magnificent place.

Had a perfect stay thanks to the owner’s thought of every detail. Incredibly clean and tastefully decorated. Rooms are very spacious and the facilities of the cabin exceeded our expectations (router, induction cooktop, stove, assortment of crockery/cutlery/post and many more). All in all, a great weekend experience which we would highly recommend!
