Breakfast was not included but host might consider leaving a small hamper for guests who arrive late at night. They could put the cost of this onto the overall cost. Location was beautiful but again a explainer how to find the property in darkness would have been extremely helpful as postal code to us to properties prematurely.

Great place to stay, everything you need, they thought of everything which is unusual. Excellent communication, we were made to feel most welcome and hope to stay there again.

We had chosen this place for our vacation and didn’t regret it! The house was very cozy, beautiful and clean. The large shower enclosure was a big plus for me personally. Everything needed for cooking were provided. The landlords were a very nice couple - polite, kind, and hospitable. They were always ready to help with any questions regarding our stay. Also the house was located very well . The place was quiet and peaceful. We traveled without a car and used public transport. Of course, having a car would be more convenient, but getting there by bus was also quite easy. The walk from the bus stop was not as far as it seems on the map. I definitely recommend this place. P.S you can meet a fluffy and gorgeous cat of free will outside. Very cute 🥰

Great value for the money and nice location close to Uppsala old town. Close to bus stop, and the bus takes you to Uppsala city center in just few minutes. Simone and Anders were great hosts! Nice conversations :)

The hotel's location fully met my expectations. It was easily accessible from the central railway station by bus number 6 and just a 15-minute walk from Segerstedthuset, which I needed to reach daily. The quiet hours from 20:00 to 08:00 were a great feature, making my stay especially productive. The ICA shop is conveniently located just across the street, and Johannes Grill — serving pizza since 1958 — is also nearby. For breakfast, there were: three types of sliced sausage, pâté, three types of cheese (including Brie), fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers), pickled cucumbers, olives, muesli, grapes, watermelon, melon, peaches, apples, different types of bread. The croissants and pancakes were always fresh, and the lingonberry jam was absolutely delicious. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen facilities and the availability of coffee and tea throughout the day. On the walls, there is interesting information about Sweden’s history and art. I thank Mr. Philipp for running the hotel so smoothly and in a helpful and friendly manner.
