It seems like this is a 'brand new' hotel (April 2024). It was extremely clean in the room (and bathroom) and had all built-in features. I arrived early, so parking was plentiful. The hotel could double as an extended stay, budget-friendly service apartment if necessary. The balcony was big. The room was quiet. There is a fuel station nearby with a small convenience store and PunThai coffee I used at 6am in the morning.

This place is excellent. Breakfast is a culinary voyage through different tastes. Very quiet and welcoming neighborhood. Besides the night market, wonderful food stalls around and temples to visit. Not very touristy, so prepare to translate with your phone. Highly recommended, not only for the first/last night. We stayed three nights to get a first impression of a normal thai neighborhood.

I was only there for a couple hours since my flight was delayed, but the beds are extremely comfortable and cozy, a towel is provided, everything is clean. If i ever need to sleep near the airport again, i will come back 100%
