The room was very clean and tidy. (Maybe a little white for me a solo traveller on a bike) Communication through the app was OK and worked. Near town so easy for resturants and shops.

Hotel is totally aimed at Japanese businessmen and this seems to be their main clientele but were very accommodating to our small family. Exceptionally clean and excellent facilities, probably the highest level of attention to detail inside the rooms and quality of finish I have ever seen inside a hotel in Thailand. The facilities are excellent, the roof top pool is excellent although a little quite. The spa facilities are identical to those Ive used in Japan before which is great to see. However Sauna only open 16:00-22:00 which is fair. Special shout out to staff member TEN for his efforts and hospitality, thank you
