It seems like this is a 'brand new' hotel (April 2024). It was extremely clean in the room (and bathroom) and had all built-in features. I arrived early, so parking was plentiful. The hotel could double as an extended stay, budget-friendly service apartment if necessary. The balcony was big. The room was quiet. There is a fuel station nearby with a small convenience store and PunThai coffee I used at 6am in the morning.

Amazing place! My favorate is the swiming pool, where water with fallen flowers help to relex. Although no breakfest option, can reach 7-11 conv store in 10 min walk.

We were warmly welcomed by the lady at the restaurant below. The accomodation is immaculate and modern, everything is spotless. The room is simple but had everything we needed, good shower, kettle, fridge available in the lobby. The room is well insulated from the road noise. The bed is rock solid, even harder than usually found in Thailand hotels.
