The apartment was very comfy, great location, 3 min walk to the forum Istanbul mall and the metro stop. Our apartment was on level 12 so no noises from the street. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen equipped with essentials for preparing food.

The apartament that we rented was very spacious and very well equipped, but avove all this it was very clean.. The kitchen was big and had all the items to cook a very good meal. The staff at the reception is very kind amd proffessional. We will come back here for sure and we will recommand it to all our friends and family who will visit Istanbul. Breakfast has many options, especially the salads. The hotel is new and cozy, cleanliness is on top thanks to Turan bey. Location is near various shops and the biruni hospital, which is convenient for patients. Staff is helpful and caring. The rooms are spacious, every day cleaning. There is spa with pool, saunas, hamam. Operation manager Mehmet Caner solved all issues and gave good room. Waiter Saniyad is kind to guests. Overall, big thanks to all hotel workers.
