This property is a new apartment with new and comfortable furniture one of the best apartments i stayed in, it has a balcony with a beautiful mountain and river view, the owners are very kind and generous, the owners wife cooks a delicious breakfast that we ate with a river view on the balcony. overall its a fabulous appartment which i highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

A much better welcome and attention than I thought, and also the view of the place where the hut is located is much more beautiful than the photos, it is very nice to have our own area outside, as for breakfast, it is a completely natural village breakfast, if you want it, it comes to your room or to your own private garden, you should definitely try Sibel's mother's muhlama cheese. It is family business. Abla Shad and her kids are amazing .The husband was very nice. They understood English and used mobile translator to welcome you and provide their service. The wooden house was amazing inside the tea fields. The balcony at night spread relaxation in yr soul .The weather was very nice in the mountains. The road was ok by using Google maps. The breakfast was excellent. The waterfall behind the house was pretty cool and we went there for two hours. Next year I will book three nights .what most I like the smile and the excellent welcomeing by the family and the place was clean and 2 bedrooms that can take 4 people.

My family just rented this great place.The accomodation was so clean, beautifully decorated, with several comfort features like the hammock and curtain-laced tent with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains and sea below.My kids and I spent our last night around the lovely fire place enjoying the cool weather and relaxing quite!I strongly recommend it.The location is a breezy 20-30 minutes with a great coastline view to Rize Mall or the Ayder activities.I can not say enough about Muhammed and his wonderful family.Not only welcoming and síncere, but they were over and beyond helpful.Very thankful for the time we spent, just wish we had booked there for longer!
