Everything - all the staff were so helpful and could not do enough for you. Yalçin and the owner - a big shout out to them especially. I needed to locate a new motorbike windscreen and they sorted it for me. Always offered tea and coffee in reception. Gave useful tips on where to eat. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and will do to our friends and motorbike community when visiting Istanbul!

Amazing location and the most lovely staff! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is fantastic with loads of attractions less than 20min walk away and close proximity to public transport. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Our room had an amazing view of the city and the Bosporus strait. The staff were absolutely fabulous! The were all very approachable and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stat there memorable. This is one of the best places we have stayed in and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will definitely stay here if we visit Istanbul again!

    Very clean rooms and kind host. We were a family of 4 with 2 kids. So the studio with 2 bedrooms was large enough. Kitchen and toilet were kept clean. Property is in the best location if you intend to spend around old city. Everything is walking distance, you have restuarabts, pubs, parks. Hosts are very kind and very responsive.

    Staff is awesome, they were checking in to be sure we don't need anything. Location is great, all these narrow streets, cafe and convenience stores Value for money is terrific. The place is huge, kitchenette, dining area, sleeping area and additional bedroom. there is all equipment needed There is an awesome cafe in the same block.
