The staff at the front desk is very professional, from their dress to the way the speak to customers. I felt safe and like I was in a clean, well-cared for hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, and The ac worked wonderfully! The location is near shopping and restaurants in a safe part of town. If you are a female traveling alone, this is an excellent choice! I started out at another hotel in Cumming, but it smelled like chemicals in my room and random grubby-looking men were running around the lobby and in the parking lot…shouting. The hotel is in an excellent location, within a shopping area replete with stores and restaurants, which can be reached on foot, and not far from GA400 highway. The rooms have everything you need, including a coffee maker, and the lobby and breakfast area are very comfortable. There's also a pool and a small gym, which I didn't use. What makes this hotel a stand-out, however, is the staff. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and genuinely friendly. Particular thanks to Jacqui in reception; Michael, who shared his sunny, optimistic philosophy on life when we got to chatting; and Rosabel in housekeeping, always ready with a smile and extra towels or coffee packets when I needed them!

I liked that the hotel was in a good location not too far from stores or places to eat. Since we visited to compete in a tournament that was a plus because we were all wore out. Oscar was also amazing. He made us feel welcomed and let us know if we needed anything he'd be happy to help.
