A beautiful location, an old mansion. the host were very friendly and helpful. We were delighted. Westbrook is perfect base to discover New Haven and the surroundings.

This is such a wonderful home on lake Pocotopaug. We are almost afraid to give a review because we enjoyed our stay so much, and we are sure we will be coming back again and we don’t want too many people to know how good it is because it won’t be available then. The house has a beautiful view to the lake, especially nice is the upper deck. The house is equipped with canoes and kayaks, and you can swim from the dock. The kitchen has everything you need or want, including a lovely dinner table with view to lake. Kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, oven and there is also a gas grill just out the door. Basic items for cooking like salt, pepper, spices, sauces are also provided, which is very convinient. Multiple TVs and Alexas in almost every room and even one on the porch outside. Everything is very clean and modern. The coffee/tea corner has everything including a nice Nespresso machine. There are also plenty of towels provided, also a washing maschine and dryer is available. The host Kris makes you very welcome , and in their welcome book you find everything about the house, places to eat , things to do. We hope to come back soon.

Ideally situated off US Route 1, near I-95 in the city of Old Saybrook, Connecticut, Pier Blue Old Saybrook - Clinton is only a short distance from many attractions.

Really quiet place in rural Connecticut. Very nice hosts. A perfect spot to escape from the city, slow down and have a break.
