    The front desk person is great and always helpful. We had a two bedroom apartment and we were satisfied. Enough space and equipment or towels. It was an ideal choice for us due to the location.

    Everything as described and expected, felt good to have the car parked in a closed parking space. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable. We stayed for only one night, the street nearby is a bit loud/busy, but on the other hand the location is central, so you wouldn't expect complete silence anyway and it didn't bother us.

    The room was large and clean. The location was good, with free parking in front of the rooms. I asked for a room with a bathtub and this request was accommodated. The room had a clean microwave and a large fridge.

    Great hotel , staff are friendly and helpful. When we arrived because my husband was on crutches the gentleman on the desk straight away asked if we would like to change to a disabled room on the lower ground. Hotel is one of the cleanness I've ever stayed at , it was spotless. Great location for public transport. Lots of places to eat but isn't near to anything else, good thing is the bus stop is straight outside and easy to use to get to Long beach ect.
