The location of the hotel was great and walking distance to most attractions. The hotel staff was very helpful and so nice!!! We had a suite and it was huge. The beds were super comfortable!! Breakfast was great with a wide variety and wonderful coffee. An unexpected treat was the "drinks and nibbles" hour in the afternoon with plenty of lovely outdoor seating to enjoy the city.

This place is super cute and well thought out! The staff were super helpful and we were really impressed that while it looked nice it was also done with quality in mind. The bar with outdoor seating place was a favorite for us and it's a great spot to catch public transportation into town!

Everything. We have been travelling down through the US for two and a half weeks, staying in lovely hotels along the way, however this was the best. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, room, staff, service, ambience and the facilities. Loved our stay here and were sad to leave both the hotel and the city this morning. Fabulous place to visit and stay.

The location was fantastic - easy walking distance to most things for a short weekend. The garden/balcony was perfect to chill with a book or meet others. The team are quite possibly the friendliest I’ve ever come across; lots of evening activities which you join and band out together into the wild after.

The location could not be improved upon. The hotel's courtyard was an ideal place to sit and read the morning paper with a cup of coffee. Everyone who worked at the hotel was super friendly and the helpful, especially Andrew and Patrice.

    It was an excellent service. The location is so good; close to all the key areas in NOLA like the French Quarter. A very clean and serene place. I got the single room which was exceptional. Clean, spacious and so well maintained. The icing on the cake for me was the staff: they were friendly and gave recommendations on where to go and what to do in NOLA. Thanks HI NOLA! I’ll definitely be back.
