During my first trip to the United States, I booked a room at this hotel using booking.com. It was a really nice experience because the staff were super friendly and helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to Donald J, who helped me a lot during my stay. He helped me get groceries, find food, and even gave me rides to my campus. It made me feel like I was at home even though I was in a new place. I also want to mention Mary, another staff member who was really nice and made my stay better. The rooms were really clean, and the service was great. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Especially if it's your first time visiting the U.S., this hotel is a great place to start getting used to life here.

    The hotel is well-located, in a safe area close to the train station, restaurants and the supermarket. It is also very clean. There is no reception but they are quite responsive through text. There was a fridge and a safe, which was great. There is free fruit and coffee at the entrance of the hotel.

    This is a good budget hotel, between SFO and Palo Alto where I was visiting. Everything was clean and worked well and it was a lot cheaper than the options in Palo Alto itself. The coffee was good too.

    Kasa Niche was so profesional and perfect! I would definitely stay there again. Location felt safe, accomodation process was online and everything was just as promised very clean, included coffee maker, fridge, AC, TV, kettle we were on our honeymoon traveling and they arranged our room very lovely and we also got some sweets and flowers. thank you veeeeeery much for this, thanks to you I felt very comfortable and felt the honeymoon atmosphere
