One of the best places to stay if you are planning to visit Manhatttan - the NY Waterway ferry station is right in the front of the hotel, and it brigs you in 5-8 mins to Midtown Manhattan. It was the best decision to book the Chelsea Hotel. On arrival we received a very friendly welcome. The "The Grand" suite that we booked was much nicer and larger in real life than in the pictures. The location in Chelsea was perfect for us. You have everything around and you can quickly get to other parts of the city. We will book the Chesea again on our next visit and have already saved our suite number.

Fabulous location just around the corner from Saks and a few minutes walk to St.Patricks cathedral- walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Lovely staff who answered all of our questions. Quiet, spotlessly clean rooms which were surprisingly large by NY standards. A modern hotel with nice decor. Just to note there is no restaurant on site which we knew before booking, plenty of options for food close by. Would highly recommend

This was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my lifetime. The layout of the room and facilities and features that were in the room couldnt have been better. The staff were exceptional and no requests were too large or too small. The little touches like excellent coffee on tap with an honesty bar, croissants etc. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will use it whenever I get back to NYC. Oh yes the location was perfect

This was our second stay already. The location is outstandingly good. Very central but just far enough off all the midtown craze. Close to central park and upper east side. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is great, coffee and water in your room everyday. Value for money is perfect for us given the quality and central location.

The location was perfect for me to easily walk to client's office. Exceptional breakfast and wait staff were friendly and professional. Great value for money for a hotel in New York. Up market and ideal for conducting a breakfast meeting. Front desk staff and General Manager were very helpful in sorting out an issue I had with international adapters.

    Room with a view of Manhattan, very peaceful and perfect for an amazing stay. Ideal place to enjoy an American breakfast. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting New York. It's better than staying in Times Square.

    One of the most spectacular locations I have ever stayed in. Unbelievably convenient for both ferry and bus to Manhattan. Quiet, safe neighbourhood perfect for strolls along the Hudson. Good restaurants. Friendly staff. Good sized rooms.
