Staff is very nice but the level of English is low. Nonetheless, we managed with translation apps for more complex questions. They can organise taxis for visiting the area.Rooms are very modern and big. We had four meals in the restaurant and the food was one of the best we had in Uzbekistan. Spa is also good.
