Staff were so friendly and kind. Beautiful balcony overlooking the river where you can eat delicious breakfast (available are pancakes, fruit salad, omelettes etc). Big room & bathroom. Bicycles for free and rented motorbikes and bus tickets at a cheap price. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, friendly staff, mr. Strong arranged my scooter rental, suggested activities and places to visit, got me a bus to different town, very accommodating and helpful. The hostel is clean, beds are comfortable, great value for money in general.

The family speaks good English, is friendly and very helpful. They helped me with the communication with the immigration office, the country border when I left the country or booked the bus ticket for me without making any money. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Excellent facilities close to the Dong Hoi train station. We had great service. We were supported in booking a great cave exploration at Phong Nha Cave. We could use the room for a shower after arriving by night train. Compliments!
