I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff truly go the extra mile to ensure a fantastic experience. Bean and Tracy at reception were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Thuy gave me an excellent massage—so good that I booked a second one! The steam rooms were also a wonderful touch for relaxation. The rooftop bar and pool are simply gorgeous, offering breathtaking views and amazing cocktails. The food was outstanding—the chicken wings were to die for, and the pho was the best I had in Vietnam!
