Huy is an exceptional host. He helped us planning the activities of our stay. He has good knowledge of Phong Nha. The room was very confortable, hot water with good pressure. The breakfast are very tasty and different every morning. Their is excellent coffee at good price. The homestay is 5 minutes away of the center (in scooter), so its close but very calm. We stayed 5 more nights than we were suppose to. Really enjoyed the place

If you’re still thinking about where to stay in Phong Nha. Let this review make the decision for you. This was the absolute best place we stayed in all of Vietnam. Between the stunning views and impeccably clean rooms, we couldn’t have felt more at home. To top it all of the hospitality provided by Tutu and her family was outstanding. Family dinner every evening was delicious and the sense of home it brought. I would recommend to anyone coming to Phong Nha. You won’t regret it.

The host was fantastic, helped us plan our trip and was extremely informative on everything around the town. He dropped us to the bus station after organising our buses too, super kind. Motorbikes to rent for good price and lovely pool to chill by. The food at the hostel was really really good too. Communication was outstanding. Host came at 5am to check us in and even offered to pick us up. Clean rooms with lots of space. GREAT value for money!

I don't know where to begin. We had such a rough start to our trip to Phong Nha, when the bus we had originally booked on 12go scammed us and we were stranded in a bus station in Hanoi. To our luck, Gem the homestay host messaged me ahead of time earlier that day asking to message if I needed any help, and I definitely needed her help. She was amazing, she got us bus tickets to Phong nha within 10 mins of messaging and this bus dropped us off right at her doorstep. She didn't even take payment from us until we arrived at her homestay. In the morning, we woke up to a beautiful homestay location, her beautiful family and all the puppies! Gem and Tuan took care of us, taking us to Paradise Cave and even the Duck Stop with their own vehicle, and we had the most delicious food in all of Vietnam at their restaurant during lunch and dinner. When we told them our entire bus experience, they offered us a private car to Hoi An as that was our next destination and Tuan drove us himself the whole 8 hours. To say we are thankful is an understatement. We've met a lot of people during our many adventures, but they are the kind of people that stay close to heart even when the adventure is over. We still think about Gem and Tuan's kindness and hospitality towards us and we hope our paths cross once again some day. It was the shortest leg of our trip in Vietnam but by far the most amazing day we've had. Message to the hosts: thank you for everything. We hope we'll see you and your wonderful family again someday. We are telling stories of you to all of our friends and family and we cherish everything you've done for us. The owners were sooo friendly. I got sick and they went with us to the hospital and made us soup and went to get medication for us! Really clean room, they cleaned it every day and gave us fresh towels and new water bottles. Bathroom was spacious and room was beautiful. They have a great pool, restaurant with delicious food, motorcycles rental, they arrange for us jungle trekking and bus transportation! Would recommend a thousand times!

An amazing place with a fantastic host! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating – not only did he help us with everything we needed, but he also drove us to get food and brought us back. We truly felt welcomed here. The rooms were cozy and clean, the beds very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with great hot water. The quiet and pleasant surroundings make it the ideal place to rest after a busy day. This is hands down one of the best accommodations we’ve had in Vietnam. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and affordable lodging in Phong Nha!

    Great location! We had a bungalow for two people which was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. 24 hour check in available which is fantastic as we arrived on a night bus at 2am.
