This quiet, remote and well designed home stay was the perfect change from the busy hustle of Vietnam’s larger cities. It was peaceful by the water, and the abundance of plants, surrounded by the mountains made it a truly relaxing stay. Our host Dungz was also amazing, always available, always smiling and always ready for a chat. He helped a lot with organzing trips, renting bikes etc. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend if you are wanting to get away from the party life in Ninh Binh and are looking for somewhere to just relax. Very nice retreat with super friendly staff. We felt very welcome and would recomend this retreat to everyone who wants to stay away from the big crowds.

We stayed 4 nights here, the family were great - really helpful throughout our stay. The free bikes were awesome for exploring the local area and seeing the local attractions ( the wildlife). When we wanted to go further afield (e.g Trang An) rent a scooter or- the host organised a driver and sorted the price, at a good cost. The pool was great pool under the palm, feel like lost in the rainforest and a beautiful setting. The familt built and runs it with all of their hearts. Food for both breakfast and dinner was delicious and so fresh, the room was comfortable - lovely view. Excellent experience highly recommended

This place is absolutely stunning. Everything about this hotel is gorgeous and I'd gladly stay here without a second thought if I'm back in Ninh Binh again. The hostess/ the family who runs it are the sweetest and the most kindest I've met in Vietnam. ❤️

Breakfast didn't have a lot of options, but what was available was excellent. Everything else however, was fantastic. The property is huge and very green. The huts were also very comfortable and very modern on the inside.

The lady running this place is absolutely amazing!! She deserves everything good in this world and more. She went above and beyond, nothing was too much. Super friendly and so accommodating and kind. The world needs more people like this sweet lady. The accommodation was GORGOUS. The rooms were luxary, clean, massive and the best we have stayed in, in Vietnam. The location is lovely surrounded by amazing mountains and views. The food was spot on and the price is unbeatable! I hope everyone stays here to get the experience we did! Thank you again xxxx

The location of this home stay is absolutely amazing. We had a room with a beautiful view by the lake. The property also had bicycles available and took advantage of it for going for a great day around Ninh Binh. It takes around 30m to reach Tam Coc by bike and on the way back we did Mua Cave and Trang An. Amazing views and amazing day! A word of appreciation to the staff at the hotel because they were all awesome. A special one for Kien that received us and was always giving awesome tips about Ninh Binh and smiling!
