The staff members are exceedingly friendly and attentive, readily offering assistance without prompting. Our security guard, in particular, exemplified humility and professionalism. 🙏🏻 Though parking is not available at the premises, we got lucky and managed to get a parking everyday next to the door of the apartment, and it was safe! Nice, modern room. It was really clean and spacious. The breakfast was more then excellent. 10+ stars. Nice view from the breakfast terrace and a nice rooftop area with pool. Super friendly and attentive staff at the hotel.

The room was super cute and comfortable. We liked the nice sitting area outside. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. The host and staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to answer questions and provide suggestions for Cape Town and spectacularly scenic drives down the coast. We felt safe to walk around the neighbourhood. There were restaurants within walking distance, and we were within a short drive of all the major sightseeing, food, and shopping areas. It was a lovely stay and we'd come back.
