We had the best stay at this cottage. Such tranquility, the view is just amazing, I wouldn't mind waking up to it every morning. Steve, the owner, is just the friendliest person ever. Location perfect , very close to the hole in the wall. 10 minutes easy scenic walk. Nice to use a local guide to support their income. They are friendly; helped my blind brother-in-law and even took our photos. We had our own breakfast and could buy milk at reception, nice little shop

We had 3 weeks holidays in South Africa crossing the country by car and staying in many places. But when I asked my family what was the best accommodation, the Black Rock was on the top of the list. The Two-Bedroom House is spacious and very well equipped. Wood for BBQ was prepared before our arrival. The ocean view from the bedrooms and the terrace is amazing.
