The hotel is situated near a Tram/Metro station, which is very convenient if you're arriving by Train. There is also a grocery next to the hotel, helpful if you need to grab any snacks. When we first arrived in the hotel, the reception staff, Hassine, was really helpful. He provided us with a city map, gave some recommendations, and also helped us to make the overall check-in process seamless. The hotel also provide umbrella, which guest can borrow during their stay. The bedroom and bathroom were really spacious, clean, and complete with all the amenities. Really value for money considering its affordable room rate with all of its perks. Definitely will stay again here when we visit Brussels in the future.

The studio itself was spacious. I loved that you could close off the bedroom area from the kitchen/living room with the glass doors. Although it felt very private and cosy it was also very light and bright. Perfect combination. Good wifi and friendly staff who went out of their way to help, particularly when I extended my booking. They made sure I could stay in the same room for maximum convenience. The location is great - it is right next to a tram and bus stop and you can connect easily with the centre/EU quarter and many other areas of the city.
