In a prime location in the centre of Vancouver, Smithe House provides free WiFi throughout the property and a fitness centre. This 4-star hotel offers a concierge service. Private parking is available on site. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!

It is exactly as you see it in photos and even better because the images do not do it justice. The ceilings are probably 15’ high and the finishes are of the highest quality. Even the bathroom floor is heated with a massive palace like mirror. Attention to every single aspect and detail was taken. We would definitely stay there again.

A warm, kind host welcomed us with delicious blueberries, ushered us into a tidy, well-organized room. The house was ornamented with various plants and pianos, and sort of soothing music was played during the daytime. 6 lovely cats were exploring the house, making the house even more loving to stay:) A garden in the backyard where we often had meal was beautiful, and the host gave us delicious dairy products! Guests can also use the laundry facilities complimentarily. Unless you are hypersensitive to cat fur, the sweet home might be one of the greatest choices for your travel!

We are new to Vancouver and needed a place to stay while we looked for an apartment- everything we needed and our host shared some of her cooking with us! Housed in a building dating from 2007, this holiday home is 6 km from Pacific Coliseum and 6.9 km from Broadway - City Hall Skytrain Station. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Vancouver Olympic Centre is 5.7 km away. Annie’s apartment was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable with most amenities required. A 10 minute walk from the station made the location good and there was a Safeway 15 mins walk away too. Annie was pleasant and efficient to deal with , even allowing us to drop our bags off earlier. Highly recommended.
