There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. I was with this accommodation very satisfied. The room and the bathroom were clean and nice. The location is very good and it is easily to reach the downtown by public transport. I also used the airport pick-up service which helped me a lot because I arrived late at night. I appreciate the communication with the owner. He is such a nice person and very helpful. He gaves me not only useful advices but also tried to make me feel comfortable and at home. Thank you :)

Boasting a garden and views of river, Serenity Inn is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Niagara Falls, less than 1 km from Niagara Falls Train Station. The place is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the falls, the room is spacious and very well equipped, there is parking for a car. The house has all the necessary equipment, a coffee machine and lots of other things, an excellent breakfast with a varied menu to choose from, but the best thing of all that I mentioned is Diana, the owner of the place. Diana is very generous, warm and helpful with good advice. She makes cakes and cookies every day and makes sure to put a variety of cans of drinks in the fridge. In summary, this is the best place we have experienced so far on our six-night trip in the United States and Canada. Highly recommend the place. Score 10

The room was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. Everything was impeccable. The location couldn't be better - close to key attractions, restaurants, and easy transport options. We'll definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay with Deena and Ivan who were very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived after midnight and the check-in process was made very easy even when everyone else was asleep. The room was very comfortable, with complimentary beers and snacks on the bedside table waiting for us. Good attention to detail with everything. The breakfast was amazing - loved the home-made bread, muesli and kefir, and the coffee! Our hosts were so helpful and forth-coming with everything, i.e put out breakfast and even grip-bags for our sandwiches when we had to leave very early in the morning. And on mornings when we had breakfast together, we really enjoyed the conversations with our hosts as well as the other guests - was a nice communal vibe! Location was also good, neighborhood seemed nice and easily accessed by public transport (two bus lines within a few minutes of walking), relatively close to downtown considering the size of Toronto.
