The room we got was big with a seating area...very cosy. The view is amazing! Quiet room and corridors. Modern bathroom. Radiator in the bathroom. The room is not air conditioned, but it wasn't bad..being in July. It was 19C outside. Breakfast room is beautiful! Breakfast buffet was continental with scrambled eggs..and bacon. Parking available in a garage under the hotel...upto 2.3m. You have to check-in first, because the room e-card allows you to get into the garage. Will definitely stay here again!

The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The view is exceptional with the mountains and the valley seeing up from the balcony. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was included, which is a big deal in Switzerland, and it was really good. The restaurant had an exceptional view as well. The town is brilliant, basically a village, and it feels super cozy. I would recommend staying here over lauterbrunen.
