Many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We told the checkin staff that we were celebrating our anniversary. They recommended an excellent restaurant and made reservations for us. When we returned after dinner we found a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely note.

Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. This is the perfect hotel. Excellent view, service, breakfast, parking. Rooms are nice, huge. Bathroom, the same. Has spa, pools, you can swim in the lake if you want. A shady place at the coast. And the hotel is modern.

Everything toward relaxation. Kitchen well equipped, nice shower (rare in my Chile accommodations), liked how it was set among trees and shrubs to feel private. Nice big front porch.
