What made it even more special was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff — they were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The hospitality we received was genuinely heartwarming. I would definitely stay here again!

We used this service and it is excellent! We would especially like to note the hotel manager - a girl named Heidy. She speaks excellent English and with her help all issues were resolved quickly. She organized a trip to the Great Wall of China and resolved many different issues during our stay. Bravo! The hotel is located in the old city, hutong and we are glad that we were able to immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the old city. We wish the hotel team good luck and prosperity!
