Staffs were abound at any time, ready to help with every query in English. This was a huge plus point. Being able to communicate in a foreign land helped us navigate the city better. They gave recommendations, directions and even helped us to book tours and transport. We were made to feel right at home.

What really stood out to me was the hospitality: both the owner and the staff member speak very good English, which is not always easy to find in the region. They were always available to help with any questions I had – from tips for sightseeing to practical matters like getting a local SIM card. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kashgar. It combines comfort, great location, and truly helpful hosts – exactly what you’d hope for in a homestay.
