Un des points forts de cet établissement est la qualité exceptionnelle de l'équipe du staff. J'ai été accueillie avec beaucoup de chaleur et de professionnalisme. J'ai senti que le staff avait vraiment à cœur de m'offrir la meilleure expérience possible. L'accueil était sincère et authentique. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, en plein cœur de la belle ancienne ville de Lijiang, mais à la fois dans un endroit calme et apaisant. La chambre était parfaitement propre et très confortable, spacieuse et lumineuse. Des espaces de repos agréables à l'extérieur sont très appréciés et jolis. Je ne peux imaginer un meilleur endroit pour séjourner à Lijiang. Je recommande très fortement et sans hésitation cet établissement. Merci ! Kristel, du Canada.

The staff (ie Jing Jing) went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They also helped organize our day trips. The A/C is strong relative to most places we have stayed at in China.

Just a 15 minute ride from the Kunming airport and the hotel provides a nice new van for personal pick up and drop off. (By the way - you meet the hotel shuttle van 🚐 just 100 meters left of Arrivals Gate 1 as you walk out of the Kunming Airport). A great value and an extremely well appointed hotel room with very nice touches and great furnishings. Everything felt very new and clean and definitely one of the nicer 4 star hotels in the airport area. Good working AC and very helpful front desk staff - including Joyce who helped me with my WIFI. Breakfast is high quality but is mostly Chinese style (which I like) with Rice noodles 🍜 and a few hot Chinese dishes. Hotel 🏨 is in a little shopping area (with a bunch of other similar airport hotels) that have some tea shops and local restaurants. Great choice for a layover at the Kunming airport.

Tout était formidable ☺️ Joye et Cassie étaient aux petits soins pour m'aider à organiser mes visites, me donner des conseils et m'aider aussi pour la suite de mon voyage. L'accueil et la communication étaient excellents (tous deux parlent très bien anglais) et la chambre (avec baignoire ☺️) était juste parfaite ! Bref, je me suis vraiment sentie "à la maison" ici. Ils m'ont même invité à dîner avec eux pour mon dernier soir. Merci encore pour cet accueil chaleureux ! 🙏🏼

Xisu Garden is great. The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind. They help us book tour to JDSM and ensure the trip is smooth with the operator. They even help to hold my 9month old baby while we were having breakfast. And we were given free room upgrade as well, which we highly appreciated

L’établissement 夕露小榭星期六南门广场店XILUXIAOXIE Saturday se trouve à Lijiang, à respectivement 600 mètres et 600 mètres de ces lieux d’intérêt : Loyalty Arch et Mufu Palace. + The Inn is conveniently located in Lijiang Ancient Town, close to a variety of food options and shops. It’s just an 8-minute walk from the main road, making it easy to catch transportation to other attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with an electric heating blanket, which kept us warm during the freezing temperatures. Mandy, the Inn Keeper, was exceptionally warm and helpful. On our first day, she had arranged for someone to come pick us up from the drop off so we do not need to drag our heavy luggage on the uneven stone pavement. She also provided valuable tips on navigating the area and shared recommendations on what to explore. She even went the extra mile by preparing sandwiches for us when we had to leave early before breakfast. We would absolutely return to this charming inn in the future!

Situé à Shangri-La, l’établissement Tavern Hostel仁和客栈 comprend un jardin, un salon commun, un restaurant et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l’ensemble de ses locaux. Super cozy place, both the private room and dorms (tried both). In a quiet alley in the old town, serves good and fairly priced food and most of all very accommodating owners - helping and giving advice and also really nice to just talk with them. Would always book here when I’m in Shangri La.
