Located in central San Jose, Hotel Casa 69 offers a garden patio, free Wi-Fi in public areas and individually decorated rooms with cable TV. The National Museum is just a 10-minute walk away. I had a lovely stay at Hotel Casa 69! The staff were all kind and always greeted with a smile, which made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Justin for being especially helpful and friendly during my stay, and also to Winston and the rest of the team, you’re all amazing! I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, it was a great way to start the day and I loved experiencing a typical Costa Rican breakfast 😊 Thank you for the great hospitality. All this in a great position to explore by car the beautiful nearby beaches & Nauyaca waterfalls, which is next door. The hosts Annett, Fritz & Peter have an immense wealth of knowledge about the local area & will help with suggesting tours, restaurants & places of interest. 10/10 well done team ParadiseLodge! 🤩

The view from the lodge is pretty spectacular, especially after dark when the stars come out. I'm hard pressed to remember anything like it from a sleeping quarter. It feels magical lying in bed and seeing this. There are flowers all around the place and you can have great walks in nature. We were 3 adults and a toddler. The size was perfect for us and you can even enjoy the view from the jacuzzi. The propriators were really friendly and flexible. Highly recommend.
