Rosella and Antonio are very friendly and helpful hosts, and as mentioned in other reviews, the accommodation is very cosy and super clean. Breakfast (at additional cost) was wonderful and proximity to town and beaches good. I had a small kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, sink and kitchen essentials in my apartment. Internet was good, there was no TV which was perfectly fine for me. Communication before and during my stay was great. Both are very approachable, just speak to them if anything is missing or needed. I would definitely recommend Vilas na areia and would love to go back some time in the future.

The location is ideal, with a stunning beach right over the road that was nice and quiet the whole time we stayed. There is also a shared pool and bar/restaurant which were also perfect. There are also really nice cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets a couple of minutes up the road which we found really convenient. Lavínia was an amazing host, responding to messages quickly, and even offered to clean the apartment half way through our stay. Thank you for everything :) I would highly reccommend this apartment for anyone staying in Boa Vista!

The host was very responsive to questions and gave excellent recommendations in town for food, music, and more.

I arrived in the middle of the night and the owner was there to welcome me. The house is at the location of the map on booking, so easy to find. The owner is waiting at the balcony, so i found it really easy. For boa vista prices, really amazing. Yes it is a busy street, you won't find yourself on the balcony but luckily you have lots of cafes or the beach to chill. The kitchen it a bit limited, maybe a frying pan would be nice, but in the basicness you can still make everything you want (i also assume you are not going to cook all out since its a holiday). Bed is comfi and big. Its really not that hot during the night, so a fan is more than enough (i didn't even need it).
