Staff met me at airport to get my suitcase and took it back to hotel. They also organised a driver to take me to the dentist and he waited for me and dropped me back to hotel ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE! Breakfast was delicious with ecuadorian selections as well

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient for staying with kids. The 17-story building feels very secure, with guards and cameras throughout, and has an Olympic-size outdoor pool with amazing views. Guests are given a keychain tag to access doors and elevators. The location in Puerto Santa Ana is excellent, right on the promenade leading to Malecón 2000, with beautiful views of the Guayas River and city lights, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also want to thank our landlord, Martha Montesinos, who was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and friendly. She provided everything I needed for the apartment, such as extra blankets and kitchen supplies, and even helped me receive international mail through DHL by providing the correct address. Overall, my stay was comfortable and easygoing.
