Located opposite Strasbourg TGV Train Station, this eco-friendly Boutique Hotel is just 1.7 km from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the picturesque Petite France district. The European Parliament is a 10-minute tram ride away and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The location was very convenient, just across the train station, metro and bus stations. At the same time, it’s a nice area and minutes walk to downtown. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in all shifts and areas, reception, restaurant and cleaning. The rooms with little surprises like bottles of fresh water and snacks. Detail oriented. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary, with about 10 freshly baked pies and cakes every morning. Lots of options for vegetarians. We came by car and were recommended a public parkhouse just 5 minutes away, it was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!

Château de Pourtalès is located in the north area of Strasbourg. It has witnessed years of European history, welcoming some of the most important musicians, philosophers and poets. It provides a spa area with Finnish sauna and relaxing facilities and which has direct access to the garden. Everything was perfect. Really nice hotel, clean, comfortable room and good breakfast. Not too far from Strasbourg.

The facilities are immaculate and the tasting room, coupled with the spa, make for a really great experience. They made us a reservation at the restaurant just on the corner when we asked. They were incredibly accommodating and the beds were super comfortable.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the old town, just a few steps from the cathedral, shops, restaurants, and the picturesque quais. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated, making it feel cozy and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in was easy. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to experience the true atmosphere of Strasbourg!
