Each course was a culinary treat, with fresh ingredients and perfect presentation. It was a true feast for the senses! And of course, the requisite champagne made the experience even more special. He does not speak much English but is was no problem at all as he used google translate on his phone is very good way. Also, the room had everything we needed and was perfectly clean and with a nice interior. We hope he has room for us next time we visit Épernay.
