I fell ill just before I checked in. The staff were concerned and took care of me. The general manager almost literally carried me to my room, checked in on me, then called an ambulance when I showed no sign of improvement. The staff in general, and he in particular, could not have been kinder or more human. And, it’s an excellent pub, restaurant and hotel!

I had a great stay at the Bright Suite. The place was clean and a great value for money. I also forgot my coat at the property, and Michelle sent it by post the next day.

La chambre est nichée dans un petit village anglais pittoresque, j'ai apprécié le sentier qui mène à l'église du village et aux champs, le calme, la propreté, le confort de la chambre et la gentillesse de son hôte qui m'a amené un petit déjeuner sensationnel. Je recommande cet endroit à proximité du château de Hever et ses beaux jardins à 200% pour un voyage dépaysant en Angleterre.

Simon is a warm ,friendly,knowledgeable host . We loved our stay .You had sea views from each bedroom, and living room windows which were stunning able to catch the sunset and sun rise , the apartment was comfy and spacious and well equipped. The people in Margate are very friendly and welcoming .It was great to take our dog on the beach ⛱️ each morning and before bed . Our Bed was massive and very comfy . Parking wasn't a problem ,we went rouge and did street parking in the end which was fine or you can uses 24 hour parking places close by ,Simon will message you this info I'm sure before you arrive . Loads of places literally on your doorstep for breakfast or like we did one morning 🌄 we made our own full English in the apartment, sat at the table and took in Margate beach with our living room view . Couldn't fault it ,hope to return next yr . Oh ,and the lifts handy too . Thank you, Simon & Margate
