The rooms are fantastic—spacious, well-designed, and the addition of a small kitchen with a full-size fridge is a great bonus, especially in the city centre. Everything was spotless, and the A/C kept the air fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is, of course, unbeatable, sitting on the top floor of St James Quarter. Parking was an absolute breeze—you simply park in the main shopping mall’s underground garage, where there are plenty of spaces. It cost only £26 for two nights after getting the ticket validated at reception. If I’m not mistaken, £26 is the maximum charge, meaning even for a week-long stay, you’d only pay that amount as long as you don’t take the car out.

Gorgeous location and such a fun place to stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again when back in Edinburgh. The rooms were all named and we stayed in the FG Mitchell room. Was a little small but was everything we needed for 1 night. Super comfy bed and everything just fit the aesthetic of the 1919 ship turned hotel.

Situated on the Royal Mile in the Old Town of Edinburgh, Destiny Scotland - Royal Mile Residence features accommodation with free WiFi, seating area and flat-screen TV. 全てに満足。ホテルより設備も良く、綺麗で、アパートメントの広さや快適さも有り、乾燥もしなかったので、子供達は観光よりもアパートメントで過ごしたいと言っていました。

Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was excellent. Very pretty surrounds. Ideally situated for a visit to Edinburgh without the parking hassles associated with an inner city stay.

The apartment was cleaned every two days and I never found it to be intrusive. With a little one running around having a kitchen was a godsend.

Welcome to The Scott, where history intertwines with luxury in the heart of Edinburgh's Southside. truly enjoyed my stay at The Scott. The property is beautifully designed in an elegant Scottish style that makes you feel like you’re staying in a small castle — a perfect blend of charm and understated luxury. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Although the room was not very large, it was thoughtfully furnished, cozy, and had everything we needed. I particularly appreciated the small touches — like the daily treats, cookies, and coffee provided in the room. These little details made the whole experience feel extra special and warm. I would also like to highlight the breakfast — the atmosphere was simply wonderful. The dining room was stunning, the service excellent, and the food both delicious and beautifully presented. There was a nice selection to choose from, and it truly felt like a luxurious start to the day — the perfect way to begin exploring Edinburgh.
