The hotel has a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the mountains – and as a thoughtful detail, the beds were positioned so you could wake up to the view directly from the window. The room was spacious, clean, and furnished with great attention to comfort. The food was one of the highlights – the breakfast and the delicious local dishes tasted amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they helped us arrange a guided tour to Vardzia, Rabati, and Khertvisi Fortress, which is a memorable experience. Everything worked perfectly. A particularly nice touch was that we were allowed to choose our room upon arrival and even received a bottle of wine when we checked out – such great hospitality!

This was our third time staying at this wonderful hotel in Borjomi, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. One of the true highlights is the beautiful terrace — the view is absolutely breathtaking and creates the perfect setting for a peaceful morning coffee or a relaxing evening. We keep coming back for a reason, and we’ll definitely be returning again. Highly recommended!

The facility was nicely finished - a small house-hotel with new finishings completed at a good standard. The staff were very friendly. They recommended a local restaurant and were welcoming of our dog. They were also happy to reconfigure the beds to meet our needs. The room was warm, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a small kitchen area equipped with a kettle, microwave, and sink. The location was only a block from the edge of town and fields that looked out across a lake and some mountains. Also within walking distance is the memorial to the Armenian genocide (worth the short walk).
