All rooms come with a balcony with inner courtyard views and free WiFi. Excellent location, close to the ferry and right in the center of town. The room was very clean and a good size, and we felt it was fairly priced. But the most outstanding thing was the owner who was so laid back and nice and made some special arrangements for us with an early check-in and late check-out (for only a one-night stay).

I just finished an amazing solo trip to Alonissos, and staying at Ethra was the best decision I could have made. As a solo traveler, finding a place that feels safe and welcoming is so important, and this place was perfect. The location is ideal—it's super close to the beach for a morning swim but also an easy walk to the port and Votsi. I loved having my own balcony with that breathtaking sea view. The room itself had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean, but what truly made the stay was the owner, Giannis. He was so kind and genuinely cared that I had a good experience. I felt completely at home and well taken care of. I can't recommend Ethra enough.

It is situated 1.2 km from Patitiri Beach and offers luggage storage space. The guest house has family rooms. Joanna went out of her way to make our stay with her special for our family. She was an incredibly kind and knowledgeable host! The pension is placed in an incredible location was a breathtaking view. When we come back to Alonnisos we will absolutely stay with her again!
