Modern, clean, compact apartment with a great sea view terrace looking down to the private seaside area. The apartment had everything we needed, including washing machine (detergent provided) and even some cold water waiting for us in the fridge. Just in front of the apartment is a pretty bay with a bar and a little beach and sheltered swimming. Also loved the bed and pillows... so comfy! The owner was out of town so his mother greeted us halfway along the walk from the ferry, which was very kind as the apartment would be tricky to find without help. About 20 minutes walk along a pretty path through the olive groves from the main ferry dock.

First of all, we would like to say a huge thank you to our wonderful hosts, Zorka and Barbara. You made us feel so welcome with all your thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean at all times and had clearly been prepared with great care and attention. The rooms and facilities were immaculately clean and beautifully designed with a magnificent view. The house is surrounded by flowers, fruit trees and vegetables, all with sea and mountain views – it's a truly magical setting. The island itself has so much to offer, including relaxing walks, scenic hikes, ferry rides to Dubrovnik and the surrounding islands, secluded swimming spots and unforgettable sunsets. With no cars, countless paths and a calm, familiar atmosphere, it truly feels like a retreat. Reaching the rooms involves climbing some stairs, but it's not too demanding. It's well worth it for the peaceful setting and the views. PS: There is a very comfortable Kitchen, clean and well equipped. If you are planning to stay longer, we can recommend to make some grocery shopping in Dubrovnik - as the island only has a small Kiosk with reduced offers.
